Construct of 38,500 feet of track, new arrival and storage tracks for Lyondell Chbmicals at their Equistar plant in Clinton, Iowa. Work included- Excavation of "Loess" material, subbauast in storage and 6 arrival tracks, turnovers, ballast, bumpers, access roads, electrical lighting, sewer, storm piping, landscaping. Also built a rail scale for their packing department.
