Milord was contracted by the USACE to build 34,000 trackfeet for loading, offloading and storage of military equipment. The project included the furnishing and installation of all track construction, earthwork, stormwater piping, box culvert, railroad bridge, soil nail retaining wall, concrete slope wall, access roads, subballast, electrical and himast light towers.
