Project Summary:
Binny’s Beverage Depot in Evergreen Park converted the former Bleeker Bowl into a true showpiece for spirits, wine and beer. Spectacular wood trusses are heavily featured, along with a new, heavily burnished concrete floor (required to raise the bowling lane area). A full remodel of virtually every square foot of the building and site, including extensive demolition, a new roof, an expanded and reconfigured parking lot, masonry/stone/tuckpointing work, truss repair/staining, LED lighting inside and out, precast panel repairs, all new ventilation system, and much more. A complex, highly detailed Project, completed in record time in order to have the store open for the Holiday Season. An incredible, unique space well worth visiting.
