Project Summary:
Binny’s Beverage Depot in Montgomery was a 20,000 SF remodel of an existing retail space. The Project included a 24 door Beer Cooler, a Spanish Cedar Humidor, a high end Wine Cellar, and a Rare and Collectible Spirits room, featuring the very best in premium products. The existing bathrooms were modernized, with a sleek design. The Sales Floor featured a highly polished concrete floor, industry-related artwork, clean lines with unobstructed views, quality millwork, and LED lighting throughout. Stainless steel wall panels added luxury to the Beer Stacks area, and the overall product is a sharp, welcoming space. The Project was completed on schedule and on budget.
