Project Summary:

Milord worked with Owner to analyze various sites performing due diligence on final selection arriving at a 13-acre industrial site that required remediation efforts. Milord worked closely with the stakeholders to design and build this custom raw meat processing facility on a fast-track basis so they could capture a lager share of the market. The facility included trimming, processing, IQF, aging, coolers, finished goods freezer, cold docks, waste water treatment, full sitework with all new utilities, welfare facilities, QA lab, test kitchen, corporate offices and ammonia refrigeration.
