Project Summary:

This 101,300 SF fast track, design build project included gutting and renovation of an existing 78,000 SF dry process facility into a USDA frozen food processing facility.  We expanded the footprint with 23,300 SF of additional cold docks, coolers and freezer storage. The owner had an absolute deadline date to meet production rates required for a newly developed product line. This highly modernized facility included an all new multi-temperature ammonia system, two new spiral freezers, two inline ovens, process rooms, pack off and palletizing. Offices and welfare facilities for raw and cooked were included.  Milord has completed many other successful projects for this client and continually called upon to meet demanding schedules.
