Project Summary
The Gloria Dei community knew they needed to expand their facilities and looked to Milord Company to help them achieve their project goals. Milord Company assisted Gloria Dei prior to construction by helping them develop a reasonable and realistic budget. During preconstruction we also worked with the church to develop a logistics and phasing plan that would allow Gloria Dei’s day care center to remain open as well as allow ongoing operations and worship at the church. The project consisted of demolition of the existing classroom and gathering spaces, excavation of a full basement, and new construction of a kitchen, gathering space, nursery, fellowship area, drop off canopy, and new classrooms.
