As design builder, the Milord Company created an innovative and economical solution to this client's office needs, transforming an old processing facility into a new office and conference center while maintaining continuous office operations. The scope of work included new washrooms, cafeteria, kitchen, private offices, cubicles, conference center and training rooms. The project was a success and the client still works with us today.
