Pelican Cove – Ocean Ridge, Florida

Milord Development Company constructed 28 single level patio homes and 12 two-story townhomes situated around the perimeter of an expanded natural lagoon used for years by sailors as a natural refuge during storms.  A 2,200 foot sea wall was constructed to prevent erosion and protect homeowners.  The community was designed for privacy, completely encompassed by a six foot privacy wall with a guard posted 24 hours a day at the single entry-exit point and 40 deep water docks were installed just steps from each unit. Pelican Cove remains a unique and beautiful retreat.
