Milord constructed a 105,000 sf wrap-around addition to the Schaumburg facility that included multiple built-in spiral freezers, coolers, bakeries, ovens, mixing, sheeting, proofing equipment, USDA production lines, packaging, CIP systems, storage racking and multiple truck docks. Once completed, Milord was called on to design and renovate four additional processing rooms. Throughout the entire construction, the client maintained its 24/7 production schedules even while completely replacing all parking, drives, and utilities infrastructure.
