The initial Greenfield plant was constructed by Milord in 1996 and consisted of 52,000 sf of production space that included baking and processing, storage and offices, shipping and receiving docks, coolers, spiral freezing and holding freezer space. In 2007, Milord design-built a 19,000 sf. processing addition that included production space for two new USDA-inspected processing lines. This addition was constructed while the main plant's operations were ongoing and undisturbed.
