Since the 1995 Greenfield construction of this cooked meat facility, the Milord Company has completed three additional major expansions and many smaller projects for Ed Miniat. This plant includes state of the art RTE rooms along with multiple cooking and process rooms, IQF and blast freezing with multiple chilling and cooler rooms. The plant has complete and total separation between raw and cooked departments.
