Lyondell/Equistar

Milord Company constructed 38,500 track feet of new arrival and storage tracks at their plant in Clinton, Iowa. Work included excavation of "loess" material, sub-ballast, twelve storage and six arrival tracks, turnouts, ballasts, bumpers, electric lighting, sewer, storm piping, landscaping and fencing. The second phase of this project included installing a new rail scale for their packaging facility.
