Milord designed and built a 150,000 sf addition to an existing corrugated box manufacturing plant that included high-density storage, packaging facilities, high weight roll storage, CAD design facility, welfare, offices and truck docks. New site development included heavy-duty track transit and storage along with new rail spur with inside rail dock, three new truck staging areas, a new controlled access auto parking and vacating two streets.
