Dober Chemical (Innovation Center)

Complete build-out of a 75,000 sf research and development facility that included nine laboratories, performance testing, systems assembly, H2 through H4 chemical storage areas, shipping, welfare, training, data center and corporate offices. This project required extensive structural revisions for specific hazards and full spill containment. Additionally, a full process waste system was installed.
