The Milord Company was selected as the design builder for Sysco Chicago's move to a newly-renovated facility. The scope of the work included constructing a new 66,000 s.f. freezer within a dry warehouse. This included new coolers, cold dock, rail dock, reefer parking, fueling and offices. This was designed and constructed in only five months in order to meet the extremely tight schedule.
