General Contracting

The Milord Company has performed as a general contractor since its inception on all types of facilities throughout all regions of the nation. Many times we are the contractor of choice, pre-selected to work with the architect and owner throughout pre-construction.

This allows us to bring added value to a project by collaborating with the design team and owner on various issues such as budget, schedule, design solutions, constructability, permitting and subcontractor evaluations. We have worked with many of the nation’s leading engineering and architectural firms to produce the highest quality facilities for our customers.

Our colleagues are highly cooperative, experienced, bright and honest; and our projects are delivered on time, done right and on budget. For those reasons the majority of our clients are repeat customers that respect the integrity and experience that we bring to every project. Milord provides a full range of general contracting services, from planning stages through construction, punch list and project close out. We’re getting our hands dirty by being on the job making sure everything gets done right. We have highly skilled staff and use technologically advanced management systems and procedures to monitor each and every project while ensuring owner satisfaction.
