As a company, Safety is our No. 1 priority, both in our office and on our jobsites. We believe that all tasks can be done in a safe manner. The key to operating safely is thoughtful planning and controlled supervision of any and all issues that may present safety challenges.
In the field, safety is everyone’s responsibility, and we ensure that safety protocols are established, and followed. We require all workers on our jobsites to protect themselves, and encourage them to protect and mentor their co-workers as well. All Milord field representatives hold OSHA 30-Hour certifications. They understand risk mitigation. Further, our Superintendents are themselves trained frequently, and they communicate, daily, safety concerns, in morning meetings, to all trades on the jobsite prior to starting work.
Background checks are performed on our employees every two years. Our drug and alcohol testing program is enforced. Milord Company has a successful and comprehensive safety policy. We are proud of our safety record, and we are committed to continually improve upon it to prevent injuries and illnesses.
