Project Summary:
One of the largest liquor stores in the world, the Binny’s Lincoln Park store is a true showpiece. An enormous space, connecting three unique buildings (including an old City of Chicago Pumping Station built in 1908). Special features include a full bar and tasting room, with 42’ high ceilings, an extensive Champagne Depot, a gigantic Sales Floor, industry related artwork and historical pieces, A second floor education area, and much, much more. Construction tied the three buildings together with interesting links, space to space, and extra attention was given to give each space it’s own identity and particular features. Truly a one of a kind store, a crown jewel with extraordinary features.
