Project Summary:
Approximately 41,116 SF renovation of the existing process, storage and welfare building; 1,129 SF new waste treatment addition and tank farm; 6,163 SF, four-story, steel process enclosure; 3,141 square foot tank farm; and additional site work including track spur, oil load/unload and dock pad, heavy duty process piping, refrigeration system, all new steam system, new electric service, new HVAC systems, new plumbing, offices and many structural modifications.
